Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to every service offered by Maria Giesinger.

Short-Notice Cancellations
Individual sessions and supervision for energy work must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the respective appointment. Otherwise, a 60-minute session will be invoiced.
Psychotherapy sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, a 60-minute session will be invoiced privately. This invoice cannot be reimbursed by health insurance.
Appointments for energetic space clearing must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 7 days prior to the appointment. If the cancellation occurs later, 50% of the amount according to the quote will be invoiced. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be invoiced.

Energy Work Services – Separation of Methods
The offered methods take place in separate settings. Under no circumstances will psychotherapy and energy work be combined or mixed. Energy work is currently not recognized by medical and psychological professionals as an evidence-based method. Energy work is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but serves exclusively for personal development and the promotion of general well-being. I make no guarantees regarding healing promises. In the case of severe physical or mental illness, please consult your general practitioner or a psychiatric specialist  first.

Within the scope of energy work, I do not act as a psychologist or psychotherapist. The sessions take place explicitly outside of my professional therapeutic context.

Payment for Services
Energy work cannot be reimbursed via health insurance. It is conducted exclusively on a self-pay basis. Payment is to be made in cash directly after the session or via bank transfer within 20 days. Extended payment terms are possible upon prior agreement. Psychotherapy sessions are billed through the Ärztekasse. You will receive further information regarding this during the initial consultation.

Audio and Video Recordings
Audio or video recordings are only permitted with the explicit consent of the owner. Upon approval, they may only be used for personal purposes and must be deleted afterwards.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply to all legal relationships with Maria Giesinger. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
