Energy Work
For the evolvement and growth of human beings energy work (some prefer to call it energy healing) can be very helpful. The aura surrounds every human as well as every animal, plant and object with several layers. With energy work it is possible to work with different techniques and light frequencies in the energy field (aura) and the chakras (energy centers) to cleanse, balance and align the aura which can help with a multitude of mental, emotional and physical challenges. The purpose of energy work is to help the energy field come back to its natural state where the energy can circulate freely.
There are different ways to work with the energy field: The aura and chakras can be balanced, cleansed and aligned with the focus of an issue or the focus can simply be the cleansing and alignment of the aura and chakras with no specific issue in mind. Both can equally be helpful.
The focus of a topic can be a problem or something the client would like to have more of, for instance, self-love, abundance, inner peace.
Examples of issues and topics :
Energy work focuses on the entire subtle energy system. Therefore, individual concerns can be addressed holistically and inner resources can be strengthened. Below are some examples of potential focus areas:
- Clarifying and harmonizing relationships (partnerships, family of origin, challenging friendships, business relationships)
- Guidance through challenging life phases, transitions, and reorientation
- Support during processes of loss and grief
- Energetic scar clearing (on a subtle energy level)
- Strengthening primal trust
- Increasing self-love and build up positive self-esteem
- Energetic balancing for everyday stress, overload, and inner restlessness
- Releasing emotional blockages and limiting beliefs
- Promoting inner peace and joy
- Energetic alignment of organs on a subtle energy level
- Harmonizing the nervous system on a subtle energy level

Energy work does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but serves exclusively for personal development and the promotion of general well-being. I make no guarantees regarding healing. In cases of serious physical or mental illness, please consult your general practitioner or a psychiatric specialist first.
Reimbursement via health insurance is not possible.
Within the scope of energy work, I do not act as a psychologist or psychotherapist. These sessions take place explicitly outside of my professional therapeutic context.

I am happy to work with you one-on-one in person in my practice in Zurich, over Zoom or phone.
What to expect
In person session in Zurich
In a short conversation we talk about the topic you would like to work on and specify it. During the treatment you are laying down comfortably and can enjoy a relaxing time while I am working on you. If it is a distance healing you can light a candle, put on your favorite meditation music or enjoy the silence while receiving the healing. At the end we will have a short conversation.
Rate per hour CHF 170.- CHF
A session is usually 75 minutes long – CHF 210.-
